Literally at your doorstep, the Curlewis Clubhouse has all your in-room refreshment desires sorted. Meander down, choose your champion(s), head back and put your feet up in your room or private balcony. We’re happy to provide you with an Ice Bucket and additional glasses if required.

Select from the extensive Claribeaux Wine List featuring more than 120 local, Australian and international wines. A range of packaged soft drinks, beer and RTD Spirits are also available.

SPARKLING
48 months on yeast lees has resulted in an incredibly complex wine with a fine delicate bead.  The layers of brioche and toast coupled with the freshness of apple and just ripe stone fruit are underpinned by crisp mouthwatering
acidity all resulting in an immensely satisfying sparkling.  Enjoy now or cellar short term to nurture further complexity.

SAUV BLANC
An elegant and complex Sauvignon displaying green melon, fresh honey, nougat and stone fruit succulence. Commanding depth of flavour and structure is derived from the combination of excellent fruit, partial barrel fermentation, lees stirring and
extended time on lees. A thrilling, refined wine exhibiting richness alongside
tactile tannins, it will provide intense enjoyment now but evolve significantly
over the next 2 to 5 years.

CHARDONNAY
Bold aromas of
citrus, honeysuckle and peach dominate with a hint of grilled cashew. The sumptuous, cascading palate embraces citrus vitality alongside ripe melon,
peach and nougat. Matured in the finest French oak barrels with minimal lees
stirring and partial malolactic fermentation, commanding length and precision are signature features of this wine.

ROSE
A vibrant and perfumed Shiraz Rosé revealing red berries, pink pepper and hints of spice.  Intensely aromatic, rich and complex with a savoury twist. The complexity and structure come from splendid fruit, partial barrel fermentation, lees stirring and extended time on
lees.  A highly satisfying Rosé
exhibiting fragrance, texture and flavour with balanced crunchy acidity.
Immensely enjoyable now but will evolve beautifully over the next few years.
Vegan

PINOT NOIR
A vibrant yet inherently graceful pinot noir displaying cherry, spice and red berry. Depth of aroma and flavour is attributed to optimum harvest conditions and superb varietal qualities for which Clone 115 is renowned.  Fermentation embraced wild yeast, 20% new oak
complimented by tiers of fermentation in two, three and four year aged oak
barrels over ten months.  Layers of
vibrant fruit, enchanting fragrance and soft textural tannins. Already
delightful drinking, it will evolve beautifully over the next five years. Vegan
