13TH BEACH, BARWON HEADS
A beautiful beach for coastal walks, this beach is known for being one of the best surfing locations in the region. Its’ name comes from its’ close proximity to the 13th hole of the Barwon Heads Golf Course.

OCEAN GROVE
Ocean Grove Main beach is two kilometres of surf beach situated at the centre of the stretch of beach that spans from Point Lonsdale to the mouth of the Barwon River. Known for its’ consistent wave sets.

POINT LONSDALE
A walk over a decent hill and you’ll arrive on the ‘Back’ surf Beach for the popular Point Lonsdale holiday town. Loved by bathers in summer and surfers year-round.
The front beach is an ideal place for young families with clean sand and calmer waters.

NUN’S BEACH QUEENSCLIFF
A great beach for kids and never too crowded. For those with dogs, the Point Lonsdale end of Nun’s Beach is dog friendly.

Featuring a large grassy foreshore for picnics, the waters are generally calm. The rocks on the south side of Indented Head and the St Leonards Pier are the two best places to reach deeper water when beach fishing.
